This honey is local to the Hudson Valley in New York State and is curated by the third generation apiarists we work with; with over 90 years continuous dedication to their craft.
 
This is considered Botanical Honey and each batch harvested is unique to the specific plant, flower, or fruit-tree species foraged by the bees themselves. The resulting "single source" botanicals assure a unique purity and character, and are a testament to the endeavors of this artful process. And let us not forget that the Bees are artists, offering us their on-going masterpiece of nature. This honey truly celebrates its creator.
